Karina Klemencsics is Reception and Switchboard Manager at one of our Upfront city sites.

Karina takes her customer service duties seriously, very seriously. When a visitor to her office left his mobile phone in a taxi she tracked down the driver and negotiated the return of the phone, free of charge. She met the cab, retrieved and hand delivered the phone after her shift had ended. This so impressed her guest that he personally thanked Karina with a box of chocolates.

With a background in five star hotels in London and abroad Karina joined Upfront in November 2015. If you have Karina’s resourcefulness and drive for success we’d love to hear from you.
